So I took this Medical Specialty Aptitude test, and here’s what I got. Funny how Ophtha and Derma are in the top 5, as I never saw myself specializing in either one of those. And wow neurosurgery - I must admit that right now, I think it’s interesting. :) And at least pedia is in the top 10; I wanted to be a pediatrician when I was a kid. Heh.

Let’s see if this’ll change after five years.
When I visit Pisay from now on, the only people I’ll know there will be my former teachers.

Would it hurt to say that I was laughing and crying at the same time while I was reading our past conversations?
One month ago, I was in Bangkok, partying the night away with my co-delegates and newfound Thai friends. It’s been one month! I can hardly believe it myself.
I miss them. I miss Thailand! I miss waking up early and walking around Bangkok and entering temples (can you believe it?!?) and trying/eating reaaaaally delicious food (I’m not really a fish eater, but Yam Pla Duk Foo is my favourite salad now! And Thai Green Curry is just LOVE. And so is Pad Thai!) and learning new, sometimes hard-to-pronounce words. :)) I miss going to the nearby Family Mart for water and cheap soymilk and sausage-filled bread! :( Even Thailand’s extreme heat, I miss! I even watched a Thai movie earlier (Hello Stranger), since I actually miss hearing people around me talk in Thai!
Talk about extreme post-AMSEP syndrome. For now, I’ll deal with this by talking to my Thai friends as often as possible online. But…
I can’t wait for AMSC this August, since some of them will be here in Manila. And I can’t wait for the day that AMSEP Philippines for Thailand finally gets realized! I can’t wait to show them around Manila the same way they accompanied us in Bangkok. Hopefully, it’ll happen very, very soon. :)
Hihi. Thanks to those who replied to my question on books! :)
